Job Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARYPerforms various activities related to supporting the Quality Systems and Analytics team.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs daily activities related to the maintenance and end-user support of TrackWise
• Performs activities related to the maintenance or management of other Corporate Quality-related systems (e.g. SyncUp, SharePoint) as assigned
• Performs activities related to the maintenance or management of Corporate Quality related processes (e.g. CAPA management) and activities, as assigned
• Performs ad hoc Corporate Quality related administrative activities, as assigned
• Provides support for Corporate Quality management activities as assigned
• Participates in Corporate Quality-related process and system development activities, as assigned
• May lead Corporate Quality-related initiatives/activities, as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (please indicate if 'preferred')

High school education and plus some experience in a 'GXP' or pharmaceutical industry role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), email and voicemail. Above average attention to detail and accuracy. Organizational, interpersonal and team-oriented skills. Ability to act independently and pro-actively.  Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
