US IT Technical Recruiter Location: A-Block, Sector 63, Noida (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift (PST Hours) Salary: Competitive / Negotiable (Based on Experience) We’re currently looking for a US IT Technical Recruiter with strong experience in W2 hiring and direct client recruiting to join our Noida-based team. Key Responsibilities: - Work extensively on W2 requirements for direct clients, ensuring quick turnaround and quality submissions. - Source qualified IT candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other channels. - Perform thorough resume screening and initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with account managers, delivery leads, and hiring teams. - Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. - Ensure high levels of candidate engagement, follow-ups, and consistent pipeline management. - Maintain up-to-date candidate data and activity logs in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Understand and stay current on U.S. visa types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), tax terms, and compliance processes. Required Qualifications: - 1–3 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment, specifically working on W2 requirements with direct clients. - Strong understanding of the U.S. hiring process, including employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications. - Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. - Experience working in a target-driven environment with tight deadlines and quick submissions. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously. - Bachelor's degree preferred; IT background is an advantage.
