US Accounts Executive (3+ Years Experience) 📍 Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad ⏰ Shift: US Shifts 🚀 Immediate Joiners Preferred We are looking for an experienced US Accounts Executive with strong expertise in US Accounting, full-cycle Payroll processing, and advanced QuickBooks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with US clients and managing end-to-end accounting operations with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle US payroll (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly), including timesheet verification, rate checks, OT calculations, and compliance. - Handle complete US accounting operations: bookkeeping, journal entries, ledgers, AR/AP, and monthly reporting. - Generate client invoices based on approved timesheets and billing schedules. - Perform accurate bank and credit card reconciliations using QuickBooks. - Maintain financial records, expense tracking, and audit-ready documentation. - Support month-end closing activities and prepare financial summaries. - Ensure compliance with US accounting and payroll standards. Requirements - Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Accounting & Payroll. - Advanced QuickBooks expertise — Mandatory. - Accounting/Bookkeeping certification (QuickBooks, Commerce, Finance, or equivalent). - Strong understanding of US payroll structures, OT rules, and invoicing patterns. - Excellent communication skills for working with US clients. - High accuracy, analytical mindset, and confidentiality in financial handling. Good to Have - Experience in US staffing or consulting industry. - Knowledge of W9, 1099, and basic US tax requirements.
