Location Asvi Golden Feet Old Tiruchanoor Road Tirupati Experience Required 5 Years Industry Real Estate Construction Employment Type Full-Time About Us Asvi Golden Feet is a premium villa community located in the heart of Tirupati We are developing ultra-luxury 4 BHK villas designed with Vaastu compliance and world-class infrastructure We are expanding our team and are looking for experienced professionals passionate about quality and timely execution We are seeking a Project and Site Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling villa or residential project execution The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations coordinate with contractors ensure timely delivery of milestones and maintain quality standards Key Responsibilities Manage all site activities and ensure timely completion of construction phases Coordinate with architects contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution Monitor construction progress and maintain daily site reports Ensure adherence to quality safety and regulatory standards Resolve technical issues and ensure resource optimization on-site Review and verify contractor bills and material consumption Maintain strong documentation and reporting to project management Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution preferably in villa or gated community projects Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and structural details Ability to handle multiple teams and subcontractors efficiently Good understanding of project timelines and budgeting Strong communication and leadership skills Proficient in AutoCAD MS Project or similar tools is a plus Salary Best in industry - based on experience and interview Joining Immediate or within 30 days preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
