Project Execution & DeliveryOwn complete lifecycle of residential construction projects from mobilization to handoverPrepare and manage project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and execution plansCoordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teamsEnsure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to drawings and specificationsTrack progress, costs, and risks; proactively resolve site-level issuesConduct regular site meetings and share clear updates with clients and internal stakeholders2. Client Management & RepresentationAct as the primary SPOC for homeowners during constructionBuild strong client confidence through clear communication and professional conductHandle client walkthroughs, reviews, and milestone sign-offsManage expectations and ensure a smooth, stress-free construction experience3. Ambassador & Spokesperson RoleRepresent Janit professionally at sites, meetings, and client interactionsUphold Janit’s values, quality standards, and execution discipline at all timesBe a visible brand ambassador who inspires trust among clients, vendors, and partners4.
