Job Title Part-Time Civil Engineer Location Tirupati Andhra Pradesh India Job Type Part-Time 40 hours week May consider full time Department Engineering Construction Reports To Project Manager Site Head Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Civil Engineer to support our residential and commercial construction projects in and around Tirupati Andhra Pradesh This role is ideal for professionals who prefer flexible working hours but are eager to contribute significantly to high-quality construction delivery You will be responsible for site supervision planning support quality monitoring and technical coordination while working closely with the project and site teams Key Responsibilities Supervise daily on-site construction activities ensuring work aligns with drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors site workers suppliers and consultants to maintain workflow and timelines Review civil drawings BOQs and technical documentation to ensure accurate implementation Monitor quality control and safety standards at all stages of the project Provide technical support for residential and commercial building works including structural and finishing stages Maintain and update project records such as daily progress reports labor usage and material consumption Conduct site inspections and report non-conformities or delays to the Project Manager Assist with procurement coordination material verification and vendor communication Ensure compliance with local building codes Tirupati Municipal Corporation regulations and construction safety norms Support scheduling estimation and progress reporting for assigned projects Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering B E B Tech from a recognized university 3-6 years of experience in site execution especially in residential and commercial construction Working knowledge of AutoCAD MS Excel and basic project management tools Strong understanding of structural works finishing activities and construction best practices Ability to manage time effectively within a part-time 40-hour work week Based in or willing to travel commute to Tirupati and surrounding sites Language Skills Fluency in Telugu essential Proficiency in Hindi and Urdu preferred for broader team and labor communication Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with apartment complexes commercial buildings or mixed-use developments Knowledge of local site management procedures and vendor coordination in Andhra Pradesh Familiarity with estimation billing and tendering processes is an added advantage What We Offer Competitive compensation for part-time engagement A 40-hour week schedule with some flexibility depending on project requirements Exposure to impactful residential and commercial construction projects in Tirupati Supportive work environment and opportunities for long-term collaboration To Apply Please send your updated CV Mention your availability and preferred start date Job Types Full-time Part-time Pay 10 264 95 - 21 300 50 per month Expected hours 40 per week Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Shift availability Day Shift Required Night Shift Required Willingness to travel 75 Preferred
