It Development Head

We are looking for an experienced IT Development Head Technical Project Manager PHP who has strong expertise in PHP-based development and the ability to manage development teams and client projects end-to-end The candidate should be capable of leading teams understanding client requirements and ensuring successful project delivery Key Responsibilities Lead and manage PHP-based web and software development projects Oversee development using PHP Laravel CodeIgniter and related frameworks Manage and coordinate development teams developers designers testers Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions Plan projects define timelines and ensure on-time delivery Communicate regularly with clients including meetings and progress updates Ensure code quality performance scalability and security Review code and guide team members with best development practices Handle bug fixing optimization and post-delivery support Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership Required Skills Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in PHP minimum 4-6 years preferred Good experience with Laravel and or CodeIgniter frameworks Solid knowledge of MySQL and database design Experience with REST APIs and third-party API integrations Working knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript Experience with Git or other version control systems Proven ability in team handling and client management Strong problem-solving and leadership skills Excellent communication skills for client interaction Preferred Good to Have Experience working with Agile Scrum methodologies Knowledge of project estimation and proposal preparation Basic understanding of cloud servers and hosting AWS VPS cPanel Job Type Full-time In Office Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
