We are seeking a highly motivated and sincere Graphic Designer with over 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment contribute to impactful campaigns and grow one s skills under mentorship The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics a passion for visual storytelling and a strong desire to learn and innovate Key Responsibilities - Design and develop engaging visual content including banners social media creatives digital ads website graphics and other marketing collateral for various campaigns - Utilize Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Figma etc and other relevant design tools to produce high-quality visual assets - Proactively research design trends competitor activities and user preferences to generate fresh innovative ideas for campaigns and visual communication - Work closely with the marketing content and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives - Be open to receiving constructive feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the desired outcome - Assist in organizing and maintaining a library of design assets What We re Looking For - Strong understanding of design principles including typography color theory layout and composition - Someone with 4-5 years of experience with a brand or an agency- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator and other industry-standard design tools - A genuine passion for design with the ability to research and propose new and creative ideas - Meticulous approach to design ensuring accuracy and high quality in all outputs - A sincere dedicated and responsible individual who takes ownership of tasks and is committed to delivering excellent work - Good verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively - A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative potential ref updazz com
