About the Role We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging animations and videos for our marketing efforts including social media website assets paid ads learning content etc Key Responsibilities - Create explainer videos GIFs etc - Create dynamic social media and ad creatives video-based and static - Work with copywriters to enhance storytelling with motion - Design brochures banners certificates letterheads website assets etc - Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital media platforms - Work with the Head of Branding to work on guidelines - Work with marketing teams to optimize designs for engagement and conversions Required Skills and Qualifications - A degree in Graphic Design Animation Multimedia Arts or a related field preferred but not required - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premier Pro etc - Strong portfolio showcasing motion design animations and graphics - Strong understanding of typography color theory composition and layout principles - Meticulous attention to detail ensuring that all designs are accurate polished and high quality - Good to have Experience with Canva - Bonus Knowledge of Figma 3D animation - Strong communication and collaboration skills and an eye for aesthetics - Understanding of branding guidelines - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects - Ability to create visually compelling and engaging motion graphics - Ability to develop unique and on-brand design styles - Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to new trends ref updazz com
