Skills: Storage Administration (SAN, NAS, ECS), ITIL Processes, Incident Management, ServiceNow, Dell EMC, Cisco

Requisites:

- Provide L2/L3 level support for Storage (SAN, NAS, ECS or MF DASD + TAPE) in a mission-critical banking environment.
- Perform daily health checks, monitoring, and routine tasks using runbooks.
- Acknowledge and triage alerts; log and update incidents in ServiceNow/BMC.
- Execute backups/restores and routine jobs under change and supervision.
- Escalate to L2/L3 with accurate diagnostics, logs, and metrics.
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
- Participate in DR/BCP drills to maintain platform readiness.
- Strong documentation, evidence-driven troubleshooting, and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.

Certifications (Preferred):

- Dell/EMC, NetApp, HPE Storage certifications (Associate/Professional).
- Brocade/Cisco SAN certifications; AWS S3/Object Storage fundamentals (nice-to-have).
