Location: Riyadh, Saudi

Experience: 5+ years

Availability: 45 days max.

Skills: IBM z/OS, DFSMS, OAM (Tape), Job Management, JCL/REXX Utilities, ITIL Processes, PCI DSS/SWIFT Compliance

Requisites:

- Provide L3-level support for MF Storage (DASD + Tape) in a mission-critical banking environment.
- Design, architect, and optimize mainframe storage solutions, including capacity planning and upgrades.
- Lead major incidents/war rooms, mentor L1/L2, and deliver post-incident audit reports.
- Define standards, golden configurations, and automation (scripts/Infra-as-Code).
- Perform roadmap planning, performance baselining, and DR/BCP strategy ownership.
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
- Operate under ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem/Knowledge).
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
