Family members, Insurance and mobile expenses Overall Experience: 3+ years (L2), 8+ years (L3) Skills: Storage Administration (SAN, NAS, ECS), ITIL Processes, Incident Management, Service Now, Dell EMC, Cisco Requisites: Provide L2/L3 level support for Storage (SAN, NAS, ECS or MF DASD + TAPE) in a mission-critical banking environment. Perform daily health checks, monitoring, and routine tasks using runbooks. Acknowledge and triage alerts; log and update incidents in Service Now/BMC. Execute backups/restores and routine jobs under change and supervision. Escalate to L2/L3 with accurate diagnostics, logs, and metrics. Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements. Participate in DR/BCP drills to maintain platform readiness. Strong documentation, evidence-driven troubleshooting, and clear communication with stakeholders. Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation. Certifications (Preferred): Dell/EMC, Net App, HPE Storage certifications (Associate/Professional). Brocade/Cisco SAN certifications; AWS S3/Object Storage fundamentals (nice-to-have). Interested?
