Job Title:Digital Marketing Specialist – Home4U Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR (or hybrid) Experience: 1–7 years Department: Marketing / E-Commerce / Digital About Home4U Home4U is a premium home décor and lifestyle brand (www.Home4u.In) offering curated furnishings, décor accents, lighting, kitchenware, and home linen to elevate interiors. With an aesthetic of “luxury living, naturally sophisticated & elegant by design,” we aim to merge design, quality, and seamless digital experiences to transform houses into homes. As we scale our online presence and brand resonance, we’re seeking a passionate, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead growth and storytelling for Home4U. Key Responsibilities 1. Planning & Execution - Create, own, and refine the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for Home4U, aligning with overall business goals (customer acquisition, brand awareness, retention). - Plan the digital marketing calendar: seasonal campaigns, launches, festive promotions, content themes, collaborations. - Allocate budget across channels (search, social, display, affiliate, marketplaces) and optimize spend for ROI. 2. Performance Marketing & Paid Media - Run and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest Ads, etc. - Use A/B testing, ad copy testing, audience segmentation, retargeting, dynamic product ads, and lookalike audiences. - Monitor KPIs—CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate—and continuously iterate. 3. SEO, Content & Organic Growth - Develop an SEO roadmap: on-page, technical SEO, content, and backlink strategy to improve organic traffic. - Lead content strategy: blog posts, guides, ideation of “home styling tips,” décor trends, product stories. - Manage social media presence — Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and possibly YouTube — with cohesive brand voice and visual aesthetic. - Plan and execute influencer marketing, tie-ups with interior designers, décor stylists, and micro-influencers in the home & lifestyle space. 4. E-commerce & Conversion Optimisation - Work closely with the web/UX team to optimise the Home4U website for conversion (page load speed, mobile UX, product pages, checkout funnel). - Drive retention marketing: email & SMS campaigns, automation (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase upsell). - Exposure to manage marketplace integration, running promotions and optimising presence. 5. Data, Analytics & Reporting - Use Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, heatmaps, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis to get insights and drive decisions. - Prepare dashboards, weekly & monthly performance reports, insights & action plans. - Forecast and model growth scenarios; track ROI and LTV metrics. 6. Collaboration & ELT reporting. - Coordinate with creative/design, product, merchandising, and supply chain teams for campaigns, launches, and asset production. - Manage and mentor a small team (if applicable): content, social media, performance marketing. - Stay current on industry trends, competitor movements, new tools/platforms, and propose innovation. Must-Have - Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing - Certification in SEM, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Blueprint - 1–7 years of digital marketing experience — preferably in home décor, interiors, lifestyle, fashion - Experience scaling a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand - Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), analytics - Experience with video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) - Comfortable interpreting data, running tests, and optimising campaigns - Experience with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp) - Strong communication, writing, storytelling, and creative ideation skills - Familiar with AI/ AR, immersive content, or advanced engagement formats - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; multitask & adapt - Exposure to international markets / cross-border e-commerce - On-site role based in Gurgram - It's not a work-from-home role.
