**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop comprehensive digital marketing curricula tailored to the needs of students at various skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
- **Hands-on Training**: Provide students with practical, hands-on training by guiding them through real-world digital marketing projects, case studies, and exercises. Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages experimentation and problem-solving.
- **Individualized Instruction**: Offer personalized instruction and support to students, addressing their specific learning needs and challenges. Provide feedback on assignments, projects, and assessments to help students improve their skills and understanding.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Incorporate relevant industry insights and examples into teaching materials to ensure students are learning current and relevant information.
- **Guest Lectures and Workshops**: Invite guest speakers from the digital marketing industry to share their expertise and insights with students. Organize workshops, webinars, and networking events to provide additional learning opportunities and industry connections.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Develop assessments and evaluations to measure students' understanding and proficiency in digital marketing concepts and skills. Use assessment results to identify areas for improvement and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- **Professional Development**: Continuously enhance your own knowledge and skills in digital marketing through self-study, attending workshops, earning certifications, and participating in professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Application and Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Prior experience teaching or training individuals in digital marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed in their learning journey.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
