Job Description
Contract Manager/Administator
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Contract Management: Receive, review, and process contracts through DocuSign for execution and signature.
2. Document Handling: Ensure contracts are stored securely, appropriately categorized, and easily retrievable for reference.
3. Data Accuracy: Verify the completeness and accuracy of contract information before processing. 4. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors regarding contract status and related inquiries.
5. Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and confidentiality standards.
6. Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to contract management workflows to enhance efficiency.
Key Skills :
1. Proficiency in using DocuSign.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 3. Attention to detail with the ability to review and validate contract information.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
6. Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) is a plus.
