Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support BPO Executive located in Lucknow. The Customer Support BPO Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions via various channels, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing online support. The role demands high-quality service delivery in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant experience in the BPO industry is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous
