6sense is seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator with desired integration experience to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about optimizing Salesforce functionality while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform.
- All aspects of user management, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, Salesforce flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- .mplement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring data consistency and system reliability.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and integration flows.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend improvements

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations and manage packages.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, User Management Expertise, and Lightning App Builder.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components is a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Admin) are a plus.
