6sense is seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator with desired integration experience to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about optimizing Salesforce functionality while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform.
• All aspects of user management, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, Salesforce flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• ·mplement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring data consistency and system reliability.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and integration flows.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend improvements

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations and manage packages.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, User Management Expertise, and Lightning App Builder.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Admin) are a plus.
