As a Social Media & Brand Intern, you'll be at the forefront of shaping GoKwik's online voice and engagement across platforms. You'll play a key role in ideating, executing, and analysing content strategies that drive awareness, affinity, and impact. From influencer campaigns to event support, this internship offers a front-row seat to how bold, data-driven storytelling builds a brand loved by thousands of eCommerce entrepreneurs. What You'll Own - Manage GoKwik's social media channels end-to-end - from content calendars to publishing and engagement. - Craft sharp, witty, and on-brand captions that align with GoKwik's tone and audience. - Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community interactions - ensuring every conversation feels authentic and human. - Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborations - from outreach to execution and tracking. - Track key performance metrics and analyse insights to refine content strategy. - Collaborate with brand, content, and design teams to co-create impactful campaigns and storytelling moments. - Experiment with new formats, trends, and hooks - testing and iterating based on what resonates. - Support brand operations and event-related marketing initiatives. Who You Are - Deeply curious about branding, content, and digital storytelling. - Social media-savvy - you understand that Instagram LinkedIn X Reddit, and can tailor messaging for each. - Strong written communication and creative flair - you can turn trends into stories that connect. - Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. - Data-aware - you value insights and analytics as much as creativity. - Have extreme intent and ambition to learn the craft of brand building.
