Key Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and execute high-performing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). - Develop engaging content aligned with brand identity and seasonal trends. - Manage ad campaigns, collaborations, and influencer partnerships to boost brand visibility and sales. - Analyze performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and optimize campaigns for better ROI. - Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. - Stay updated with international fashion trends and competitor activities. Requirements: - 35 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing for international e-commerce or fashion brands. - Strong portfolio of work with USA or Europe-based brands (especially clothing/fashion). - Excellent communication, creativity, and trend awareness. - Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, Hootsuite, etc.) and ad analytics. - Work From Office (Mohali) No freelancers, remote, or part-time candidates will be considered.
