We're looking for someone who can take ownership and lead a growing creative team.You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:- Have 2–3 years of experience in managing brand social media accounts.- Can direct post/reel/story formats that reflect brand identity.- Are based in Delhi NCR (remote with occasional offline needs).- Can lead a team of designers, interns, and video editors.- Communicate well with clients and internal teams.- Understand influencer marketing and are ideally an influencer.- Can adapt trends to different client niches.- Want to grow with a startup, not just earn a paycheck.What You’ll Lead & Manage: - Social strategy, post planning, content calendars.- Briefs for design and video teams.- Reel and story ideation.- Intern guidance and team syncs.- Monthly reporting for clients.- Influencer collaboration management.Why This Role Is Critical: You will help shape the creative identity of Glimmio and our clients.This is a strategic and executional role.We are not placing a bond, but expect commitment.
