We are scouting for smart, exceptionally talented, and self-driven professionals who are excited to be part of one of India’s fastest-growing startups. - We are looking for a Social Media Manager responsible for creating content, developing strategies, engaging with audiences, and analysing performance across a company’s or brand’s social media channels to build brand awareness and a strong online presence. Core responsibilities include crafting posts, scheduling content, monitoring engagement, measuring analytics, and adapting strategies to meet organizational goals and target audiences. You will also create compelling and innovative narratives and campaign messaging across digital, video, mobile, and audio platforms, connecting brands with our target audience in close collaboration with the creative team. Required Experience: 5 + years - Key Responsibilities - Manage social media presence across platforms - Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns & strategies - Monitor analytics & adjust strategies accordingly - Create engaging content for all digital platforms. - Content Creation: Designing and producing engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the brand's mission and values. Strategy Development: Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers. Audience Engagement: Communicating directly with the audience, responding to questions and comments, and managing online community interactions. Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analysing data from social platforms to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make necessary adjustments. - Campaign Management: Coordinating promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract a wider target audience and increase engagement. - Trend Adaptation: Staying updated on the latest social media trends, platform changes, and innovative content formats. Essential Skills & Responsibilities: - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients. - Creative Thinking: Ability to generate new and innovative ideas for content and campaigns. - Data Analysis: Proficiency in analysing social media metrics to track performance and inform strategy. - Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms. - Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Creative Leadership & Vision: - Collaborate with the Creative Director to define and articulate the overall creative vision and strategy for assigned brands and projects. - Provide strong art direction skill is an added advantage, helping to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints. - Champion bold, innovative, and effective creative solutions. - Stay current with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Concept Development & Execution: - Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts. - Develop and present compelling concepts and mock-ups to internal teams and clients. - Execute design/art/creative projects, ensuring they meet strategic objectives, brand guidelines, and quality standards. - Provide hands-on design contributions to key projects when necessary. - Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative prompts for video and static ads. and work closely with the editor and creative team. Team Management & Mentorship: - Lead and inspire the team and designers, fostering their professional growth. - Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and manage workloads to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery. - Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve the team's creative output. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creative thinking and innovation. - Client Collaboration & Presentation: Build and maintain strong relationships with the creative and marketing teams, understanding their business goals and marketing challenges. - Present creative concepts and design solutions to the creative team with clarity and confidence, effectively articulating the strategic rationale. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with creative directors, copywriters, strategists and production teams to ensure seamless integration of creative concepts. - Participate in the development of creative briefs and provide valuable input from an art direction perspective. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. - Project Management: Review and approve design work at various stages to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements. - Identify and address potential challenges proactively.
