Roles & Responsibilities Content Creation - Develop creative scripts, captions, and stories for short- and long-form videos. - Assist in social media post creation from ideation to execution including video scripting, visualization, and design coordination. - Research trending topics and audience insights to produce relevant, shareable content. - Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent messaging, tone, and brand alignment. Media Management - Plan, manage, and oversee photo and video shoots from concept to completion. - Create storyboards, shoot plans, and creative briefs for production teams. - Coordinate with videographers, editors, and other creative professionals to deliver high-quality, polished media output. - Ensure all media content is optimised for digital and social media platforms. - Maintain an organised library of all visual and video assets for brand consistency. Creative Strategy - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to content and media campaigns. - Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, reels, and digital storytelling formats. - Ensure all creative outputs align with the brand's vision, tone, and audience engagement goals. What We're Looking For - A creative thinker with excellent writing and communication skills. - Experience in content creation, media management, or social media marketing. - A portfolio of projects (college, internship, freelance, or professional) that showcase creativity and originality. - Basic understanding of social media, design, and video tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro preferred). - A proactive team player who can also take initiative and work independently. Must-Have Skills - Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities. - Interest or experience in video production, editing, and media coordination. - Awareness of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement tactics. - Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively. - A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn new tools and techniques. Good to Have - Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Canva. - Understanding of SEO, branding, or marketing principles. - Photography or content design skills (bonus).
