It Software Asset Management Coordinator

Job Title IT Software Asset Management Coordinator Summary Responsibilities Review validate and process incoming software access requests submitted via ServiceNow Coordinate with requesters approvers and relevant IT teams to ensure timely fulfilment of software requests Maintain accurate records of software installations and assignments Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Workday for new software license requests Track approval workflows resolve delays and ensure timely delivery of software products or licenses Assist in internal and external software audits including license true-ups by providing accurate data and documentation Identify and communicate potential risks associated with software usage Provide timely status updates to stakeholders regarding request progress procurement timelines and license availability Detect potential issues or delays in request or procurement processes and escalate them to the IT Software Asset Manager for resolution Align software asset management activities with ITIL practices supporting incident request and change management processes Participate in initiatives aimed at improving software asset management processes contributing ideas and feedback to enhance efficiency and compliance Coordinate escalations with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution and maintain user satisfaction Troubleshoot basic software application issues to identify the root cause of user-reported problems Provide guidance to end users on software request processes license entitlements and basic troubleshooting Knowledge and Experience Knowledge of Day-to-Day IT functions including Service Delivery and ITIL Standards Experience with ServiceNow and Workday Background in IT procurement is a plus Financial tracking experience helpful Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Outlook etc Knowledge of subscription-based and perpetual licensing models across Adobe Microsoft and Autodesk platforms is a plus INCO Cushman Wakefield
