We are hiring Telesales Executives to promote banking products like Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, Home Loans, and Insurance. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining product benefits, generating leads, and converting them into sales. Candidates should have good communication and persuasion skills. Prior telesales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. English is not required. Minimum qualification: Undergraduate. Fixed Sunday off.Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Promotion and Sales: Contact potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, or SMS to introduce and promote relevant banking products. Clearly explain the features, benefits, eligibility, documentation, and application process of: Personal Loans (unsecured loans for salaried or self-employed individuals) Business Loans (term loans, working capital loans) Credit Cards (secured and unsecured cards with rewards, cashback, etc.) Home Loans (purchase, construction, or balance transfer options) Insurance (life, health, vehicle, and general insurance plans) Understand the customer’s financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions. 2. Lead Conversion: Follow up with interested leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or database calling. Guide customers through the loan/credit card/insurance application process. Collect and verify basic customer information and assess eligibility based on standard criteria. Close sales over the phone or schedule appointments for documentation or in-person meetings if required. 3. Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer queries or concerns regarding banking products. Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through professional and ethical conduct. Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to application to approval. 4. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Maintain productivity levels in terms of calls per day, leads generated, and conversion ratio. 5. CRM and Reporting: Accurately update all interactions, call outcomes, and lead status in the company’s CRM or sales software. Maintain records of calls, customer details, and feedback for future reference. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for team leads or managers. 6. Compliance and Quality Control: Adhere to all internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices. Ensure that all telecalling scripts, disclosures, and pitches comply with banking and financial services regulations. Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data.Required Skills and Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Minimum: 12th pass (Higher Secondary). Preferred: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.) Experience: Experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound sales preferred. Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, fintech, or insurance telesales is a strong advantage. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.) Clear, confident, and persuasive speaking style. Sales Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and offer the right financial product. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. Goal-oriented mindset and hunger for achieving incentives. Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM tools. Comfortable using dialer systems or mobile calling apps. Other Qualities: Patience, persistence, and positive attitude. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
