Maintain a daily call log and follow-up tracker for leads contacted. 2. Loan Product Promotion Provide complete and accurate information about loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, documents required, and processing time. Handle questions, doubts, and objections with clarity and confidence. Encourage interested customers to proceed with the loan application. 3. Lead Generation & Conversion Generate new leads through cold calling, cross-selling, or referrals. Follow up regularly with potential borrowers and convert them into successful applicants. Share warm leads with the field sales or loan processing team for further steps. 4. Documentation Assistance Guide applicants in collecting and submitting the necessary documents for loan processing (e.g., KYC, bank statements, ITR, salary slips). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure applications are processed smoothly. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times. 5. Reporting & CRM Updates Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and statuses. Update CRM systems or Excel sheets daily with call outcomes, application progress, and customer feedback. Report daily/weekly progress to team leads or managers. 6. Customer Service Build rapport with customers and maintain a polite and helpful tone throughout the interaction. Handle basic post-loan disbursement queries or redirect them to the appropriate team.
