About Plum Plum is an employee insurance and health benefits platform focused on making health insurance simple accessible and inclusive for modern organizations Healthcare in India is seeing a phenomenal shift with inflation in healthcare costs 3x that of general inflation A majority of Indians are unable to afford health insurance on their own and so as many as 600mn Indians will likely have to depend on employer-sponsored insurance Plum is on a mission to provide the highest quality insurance and healthcare to 10 million lives by FY2030 through companies that care Plum is backed by Tiger Global and Peak XV Partners About the role Having found exceptional product market fit we re in the midst of transitioning from start-up focused to enterprise focused platform We are looking for an experienced leader to build own our Enterprise Business We are looking for a leader who has 15 years of experience in GMC Insurance Sales built led teams consistently hit targets and thrive in taking full ownership of the business The leader will own the end to end P L of the business including sales account management and renewals of our enterprise customers The leader would work closely with both the Founders and the entire core leadership team and directly to the CEO This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a senior leader in the insurance industry who needs an extra-ordinary challenge and wants to push well beyond the boundaries of natural growth cycles Experience and Qualifications At least 15 years of GMC group medical cover insurance sales experience at an insurance broking firm with a track record of exceeding targets Experience selling complex deals into large organizations preferably tech organizations like Google Microsoft Experience attracting hiring high quality sales and business talent Experience of planning and owning P L
