JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way Our people at JLL and JLL Technologies are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services advisory and technology for our clients We are committed to hiring the best most talented people and empowering them to thrive grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong Whether you ve got deep experience in commercial real estate skilled trades or technology or you re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward RESPONSIBILITIES Relationship Management Delivery Maintain strong working relationships with key clients Serve as Project Manager for strategic projects including client engagement management as needed Act as an escalation point for delivery issues Manage consistent delivery of Occupancy Planning deliverables and ensure high level of execution and client satisfaction People Management Responsible for employee management including onboarding leading developing and mentoring team members as well as HR-related activities such as PTO and leave requests Manage direct reports and provide oversight influence over additional staff as needed for successful project execution Promotes a culture focused on clients people and teamwork accountability continuous improvement and innovation EXPERIENCE Architecture degree required 10 years related experience workplace strategy architecture consulting corporate real estate facilities management project management construction management design human resources organizational development communications or change management roles MBA advanced degree and or certifications desirable REQUIREMENTS Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills verbal and written Strong time management skills -
