Required Technical and Professional Experience 4 years of experience in managing and administering Commvault backup solution Manage and maintain Commvault backup solutions for end-user devices ensuring data integrity and reliability Monitor and troubleshoot backup jobs resolving issues related to backup failures or performance Configure and optimize backup schedules and policies according to business needs Perform data recovery operations when necessary ensuring minimal downtime Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve end-user backup-related issues Maintain documentation for backup configurations processes and recovery procedures Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data protection regulations Provide regular reports on backup health status and capacity planning Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing Required to know how to automate administrative tasks with PowerShell Should have a good understanding of the Identity and Access Management platform framework and functions Should have good basic skills and conception understanding of Windows architecture Should have good basic skills and conceptual understanding on Networking basics Adhere and ensure all the team members follow documented processes Actively participate in project discussions and meetings Check and resolve security reported events L2 L3 experience level in managing Commvault End User Backup Environments On-Prem Cloud Develop and document an integrated plan for technology solutions and Application design in compliance with existing best practices Hands
