Job Description

Business Development:

- l Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's loan distribution business, including identifying and partnering with new lenders and exploring new loan products.
- l Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.
- l Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns to promote loan products to customers.

Operations Management:

- l Oversee all aspects of the loan distribution process, including loan application processing, documentation, and disbursement.
- l Monitor loan performance and identify areas for improvement in terms of turnaround time, approval rates, and customer satisfaction.
- l Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to loan origination and distribution.

Team Management:

- l Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of loan officers and support staff.
- l Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members with the necessary skills and experience.
- l Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Customer Relationship Management:

- l Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan application and disbursement process.
- l Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- l Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with the loan application and disbursement process.

Technology & Innovation:

- l Leverage technology to streamline loan processing and improve operational efficiency.
- l Explore and implement new technologies and digital solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10+ years of experience in the lending industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have previously managed the distribution in a DSA company or a lending institution.

Technical Competencies :

- Loan Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various loan products (e.g., personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.), their eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, and risk assessment.
- Credit Analysis & Risk Assessment: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess loan applications, evaluate creditworthiness, and manage credit risk.
- Regulatory Compliance: Thorough knowledge of all relevant lending regulations, including those pertaining to KYC/AML, data privacy, and fair lending practices.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other relevant technology platforms.
- Financial Modeling: Basic understanding of financial modeling concepts and the ability to analyze financial statements.
