Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1 to 4 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, reconciliation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience with accounting software. Key Responsibilities: - Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain general ledgers - Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices - Handle accounts payable and receivable - Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow reports - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing - Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes - Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly - Assist in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns - Coordinate with internal departments for data and approvals - Support in preparing reports for management and auditors - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred) - 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting - Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) - Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance - Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in work - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Preferred: - Experience in handling basic audits and financial reporting - Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
