Roles & Responsibilities

- Act as an SME in SAP Hybris Commerce, driving design and development of application solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Manage and guide team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
- Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across different projects.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team expertise and technical capabilities.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure on-time delivery of application features.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance, usability, and innovation in application development.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills:

- Strong proficiency in SAP Hybris Commerce with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Solid understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.

Good To Have Skills:

- Experience with e-commerce platforms and system integration techniques.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of database management and optimization.
