We are seeking a Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing the reception area, answering inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide information as needed.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for executives.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Maintain a record of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
