The role includes conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and providing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance. Qualifications - Experience in sales management, including setting and achieving sales targets - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data - Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Package upto 4 LPA
