We are seeking a dedicated Desktop & Asset Management Engineer to provide end user support and manage IT assets. This role involves troubleshooting. hardware/software issues, maintaining accurate asset inventories, and ensuring end user devices are compliant and fully functional.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops/laptops via ITSM Tool, phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware failures (components, battery, screens).
- Install, configure, and update OS, drivers, and applications.
- Set up new devices (imaging, configuration, user profiles).
- Troubleshoot and configure VPN and O365 issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.

Asset Management

- Maintain up-to-date asset inventory and support records.
- Ensure compliance with asset lifecycle processes (procurement to disposal).
- Collaborate with the IT team on process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong desktop support skills (hardware troubleshooting, OS installs, imaging).
- Experience with VPN troubleshooting and O365 configurations.
- Good understanding of IT asset management practices.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework.
- Experience with remote support tools.

Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, on-call, and weekend schedules.
