Parle Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leader in pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and cosmetic packaging machinery, is seeking a Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in Vasai. Key Responsibilities:

- Install, commission, and maintain capital equipment at pharmaceutical / Non-pharma customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
- Document service activities, prepare reports, and maintain service logs.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.
- 25 years of experience in servicing capital equipment (preferably in pharma/F&B industries).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across India and internationally.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
