Assistant Manager – Inside Sales Department: Sales Location: Delhi, RK Puram Experience: Minimum 3 years Employment Type: Full-Time Required Gender : Female About the Role We are looking for a proactive and driven Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct virtual product demonstrations, and ensure smooth coordination between Inside Sales and Field Sales teams. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries and outbound lead calls, follow up via calls/emails, and update leads in CRM. - Sales Coordination: Act as a liaison between Inside Sales and Field Sales teams, ensuring effective communication and lead handovers. - Virtual Demos: Deliver engaging online product presentations and address customer queries. - Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase conversions. - Reporting: Track lead status, provide timely updates, and share insights with the sales team. Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in any discipline. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or related roles. Key Skills (Mandatory) - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Strong written communication and email etiquette. - Proficiency in CRM tools - Client engagement and relationship-building skills. - Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability. - Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently. - Presentation and virtual demonstration skills.
