Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in any discipline. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or related roles. Key Skills (Mandatory) - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Strong written communication and email etiquette. - Proficiency in CRM tools - Client engagement and relationship-building skills. - Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability. - Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently. - Presentation and virtual demonstration skills.
