**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Inside Sales Executive** to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business, managing inbound leads, and developing long-term customer relationships. The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify sales opportunities, qualify leads, and close deals, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:

- Qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring a high conversion rate from prospect to customer.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and record activity.
- **Sales Presentations & Demos**:

- Conduct virtual meetings or product demos to present solutions to potential clients.
- Customize presentations and proposals to address customer needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor product offerings and messaging for different industries.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries and sales-related questions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase account value.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing and post-sale follow-up.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with other departments.
- Ensure all sales activities are accurately documented in CRM.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall sales goals.
- Monitor progress toward sales goals and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to the Sales Manager regarding pipeline activity, challenges, and opportunities.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for more complex, large-scale deals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related field.
- Previous experience in [industry, if relevant] or B2B sales is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and other tech platforms is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required).
- **Personality Traits**:

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Resilient, with the ability to handle objections and setbacks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
