What you will do - Exclusively Cold-call on curated lists to book meetings with qualified prospects - Set appointments & hand over to the Account Executives - Use Pipedrive to manage leads and records accurately - Take high ownership of your work and help move the needle Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of cold calling and prospecting - Experience with cold calling in international markets is mandatory - Fluent English ability is needed for this role - Experience in the tech industry is a plus - Laptop + Stable internet connectivity Perks - CTC up to 16 LPA - Commission on qualified meetings, paid monthly and transparently - Top performers have moved from SDR to AE roles within 9–12 months, often doubling their earnings - Potential to move up to SDR lead or Account Executive positions
