So, what are we looking for We are looking for an D365 Business Central Developer for our Pune location whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. What are your responsibilities - Lead in-house development and customization of D365 Business Central/MS NAV. - Develop, customize, and integrate D365 Business Central / MS NAV solutions. - Mentor and guide team members to improve their proficiency in Business Central. - Utilize tools like C#, AL, and C/AL for development while integrating AI-assisted code generation tools. - Manage and optimize cloud environments with AWS or Azure. - Develop custom APIs and integrations using REST, OData, JSON, and XML. - Ensure data security and quality standards. - Other tasks as assigned. Does experience count - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 2+ years in D365 Business Central / MS NAV development. - Proficiency in AL and C/AL programming - Proficiency in C#, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, ASP.NET, and GIT. - Experience with web services, APIs, JSON, XML, and OData. - Proficiency in AL and C/AL programming. - Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). - Proven AWS or Azure cloud experience. - Proficient with AI code generation tools and workflows - Customer service and solid communication skills are a must - Attitude and Aptitude: Are key We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
