**Role and Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the global roll-out of Business Central in multi-site locations, with a primary focus on the US region. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting existing implementations and ensuring smooth data migration
- Understanding and resolving issues raised by end users
- Coordinating with the project team for relevant issues as needed
- Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures within your scope
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience with NAV/Business Central
- Hands-on experience in resolving end user issues
- Expertise in Financial Management, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory modules of Business Central
- Extensive knowledge of integrating Dynamics Business Central with other systems
**Required Skills**:
- Experience with implementing IT systems, business processes, reporting, and/or IT development preferred
- Microsoft Certified MS Dynamics 365 would be an advantage
- Experience within the medical device industry and/or with Retail is a plus
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to transform ideas into practical solutions
