The Opportunity: As the Director in this team, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping Agoda's finance technology landscape. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution for our ERP function (with a focus on Oracle Cloud Fusion but knowledge of broader ERP solutions helpful), while also leading the Finance Data & Analytics and Finance RPA teams. You will be responsible for driving the future of finance systems architecture, championing the adoption of next-generation technologiesincluding GenAIand ensuring our finance platforms are robust, scalable, and future-ready. You will partner closely with IT, Product, Legal, Partner Services, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other business units to deliver transformative solutions that enable business growth and operational excellence. Your ability to influence at the executive level, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver strategic outcomes will be critical to your success. In this Role, you'll get to: - Provide ERP Strategy & Leadership: Set the vision and roadmap for Agoda's ERP landscape in close collaboration with key Product, Finance and IT stakeholders, with a primary focus on Oracle Cloud Fusion. Lead the day to day running, optimization and thought leadership of ERP and related finance systems. - Finance Systems Architecture: Architect and oversee the design of integrated finance systems working closely with Product and IT stakeholders, ensuring seamless connectivity between ERP, in-house, and hybrid solutions to support business scalability and compliance. - Data & Analytics Leadership: Lead the Finance Data & Analytics team to deliver actionable insights, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making capabilities for the finance organization. - RPA & Automation Oversight: Direct the Finance RPA team to identify, design, and implement automation opportunities that drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings across finance processes. - GenAI Thought Leadership: Champion the adoption of generative AI and advanced technologies in finance, providing thought leadership and practical guidance on leveraging AI for process transformation and innovation. - Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and cross-functional partners, articulating the value and impact of finance technology initiatives. - Vendor & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners, ensuring delivery excellence and value realization. - Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts related to finance technology, ensuring successful adoption and continuous improvement. - Governance & Compliance: Ensure all finance systems and processes adhere to regulatory, security, and internal control requirements. What You'll Need to Succeed: - Proven Leadership: 12+ years of progressive experience in finance systems, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role overseeing ERP (preferably Oracle Cloud Fusion), data/analytics, and automation teams in a technology-driven environment. - ERP Expertise: Deep expertise in ERP system architecture, implementation, and optimization, with a strong track record of leading large-scale transformation projects. - Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to set and execute a strategic vision for finance technology, balancing innovation with operational excellence. - Data & Automation Acumen: Hands-on experience leading finance data/analytics and RPA teams, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes. - Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. - Project & Change Management: Expertise in leading complex, cross-functional projects using Agile, SDLC, or other methodologies, and driving successful change management initiatives. - Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Professional accounting or project management qualifications are a plus. - Business Acumen: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement. - Global Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
