We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of experience in developing AI solutions and a strong background in machine learning and data analysis. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models to enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.
- Conduct research to stay updated with the latest AI technologies and trends.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve AI model performance.
- Test and validate AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
