Role & Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across IT services, SaaS, and cloud solutions within assigned territories in India.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand client needs and tailor solution offerings.
- Conduct market research, lead-generation campaigns, and strategic outreach to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses, negotiating terms to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with delivery, technical, and marketing teams to ensure seamless handover and successful project implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools, providing regular forecasts and reports to management.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 4+ years of experience in IT business development or sales.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in IT services, software, or cloud solutions, with a strong network in enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to influence C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, lead qualification, and consultative selling methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools for pipeline management.
- Willingness to work on-site at client locations and company offices across India, with occasional travel as required.

Preferred

- Experience selling SaaS, managed services, or digital transformation solutions to large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, and cybersecurity.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree with specialization in Sales or Marketing.
- Prior experience in a high-velocity startup or consulting environment.
