This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless financial operations, regulatory compliance, and enhanced customer experience across payment platforms and account services. Responsibilities - Gather and critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts and identifying true business needs. - Challenge assumptions of business units to ensure realistic and executable plans. - Translate product and business needs into detailed application and operational requirements. - Collaborate with developers and SMEs to balance usability, performance, and technical feasibility. - Act as a liaison between business, product owners, and technology teams to ensure seamless communication. - Document requirements using standard templates and natural language for clarity and traceability. - Lead UAT and validate system functionality for payment flows, account closure, and fee logic. - Analyze financial data, journal entries, and reconciliations to support accounting closure processes. - Design and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience. - Develop SOPs, conduct training, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
