Job Description We're on the lookout for a seasoned Social Media marketing specialist cum client servicing person someone who gets the pulse of digital platforms, knows how to lead with strategy, manage multiple brand accounts like a pro, and confidently own client conversations and campaign coordination. What You'll Be Doing - Lead the social media strategy across platforms, tailored to each brand's unique goals and vibe. - Be the client's go-to person take briefs, build solid relationships, and keep efforts aligned with business goals. - Work closely with internal teams (designers, content folks, performance marketers) to roll out campaigns that feel seamless. - Manage social accounts end-to-end with clarity, accountability, and timelines that don't slip. - Keep an eye on performance, present insights, and constantly pitch fresh, trend-driven ideas that hit the mark. What You Bring to the Table - 5+ years of experience in social media and client servicing (agency background is a big plus). - A proven track record of working with brands across healthcare, lifestyle, fashion, real estate, education, and more. - Excellent written and spoken English crisp, clear, and confident. - A sharp eye for creative, platform trends, engagement hacks, and content that converts. - Strong multitasking skills you're calm under pressure and know how to keep things moving.
