Responsibilities: - Finding relevant high-quality reels, photos, and memes for the allocated pages - Conducting research, using social media analytics tools, and staying up-to-date with current trends - Using editing software or tools to enhance the visual appeal of the content for allocated pages - Collaborating closely with the content team and allied stakeholders for sourcing of necessary deliverables - Analyzing engagement metrics and reviewing day-to-day performance with the social media lead - Monitoring on the performance of each asset to find and implement new strategies - Keeping yourself up to date with the latest updates from combat sports to stay ahead of the competition - Subscribing and following relevant channels and pages Requirements: - Experience with Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage - Understanding of how social media algorithms and search engines work to optimize our content - Ability to work independently and with a team - Strong communication and design skills - Excellent command of the English language - Familiarity with social media platforms Perks: - Completely remote working space - Flexible working hours - Location: Work From Home
