Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with an academic background in Biotech, Microbiology, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns targeting the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. This role blends scientific knowledge with marketing creativity, ensuring technical product information is communicated effectively to B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management: Plan, draft, and execute targeted email campaigns for dietary ingredients and nutraceutical products.

2. Segmentation: Segment email lists based on industry, product interest, and engagement level.

3. Content Creation: Develop scientifically accurate yet engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, R&D, and QA/RA teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in technical communication.

5. Performance Tracking: Monitor email metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and recommend improvements.

6. Compliance: Ensure campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.

7. Database Management: Maintain and update email databases, ensuring accuracy and quality.

8. Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to refine subject lines, layouts, and messaging.

9. Automation: Suggest and implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Graduate in Biotech, Microbiology, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm (mandatory).

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex scientific/technical information.

Technical Skills:

o Knowledge of email marketing tools.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
