Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 0–1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  2. Support SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and content updates.
  3. Manage and grow social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and monitoring engaging content.
  4. Assist in email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing activities.
  5. Coordinate with the design and content team to develop digital creatives, posts, and marketing materials.
  6. Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
  7. Research market trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing tools to suggest new ideas for growth.
  8. Maintain accurate records of digital campaigns and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills:

  1. Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  2. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  3. 0–1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing. Freshers with strong knowledge or internship experience may apply.
