KPIs - Meetings booked (core metric) - Pipeline contribution (SQLs, Opps created) - SDR performance metrics (connect rates, response rates) - Campaign ROI and CAC efficiency Ideal Background - 10+ years in B2B SaaS/Enterprise demand gen - Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and building outbound/inbound engines - Experience managing SDRs and multi-channel demand programs
